An abandoned children's television soundstage, dimly lit by a broken spotlight, a slumped fox puppet watching from the shadows

WKID-TV CHANNEL 8 · OFF THE AIR SINCE 1987

DEAD AIR

a Sunnyside Signal found-footage prototype

Thirty-seven years after Bramble's Sunnyside Signal cut to static mid-broadcast and never came back, the network sent you in to clear the building for demolition. The cameras are still plugged in. So is he.

Best with sound on — headphones recommended, unless jump scares aren't your thing.

Three rules of the building

Move — WASD or arrow keys.
The Eye watches for motion. When you're inside its light, stop moving completely. It cannot see stillness.
The Glove reaches what your hands can't. Stand near a glowing item and hold E to extend the claw and pull it in — cages won't stop it.
The last hallway listens. Bramble, the withered fox, only moves while the theme song plays. When it cuts to dead air, freeze — moving in the silence is what he's listening for.

CREW CALL

Multiplayer 2-4

Go in as a crew of two to four, each on your own device. Nobody gets left behind: if the Eye spots anyone moving, or anyone twitches during dead air, the whole crew goes back to the start of the room.
